Quick answer: open Invoices in your client area, choose the unpaid invoice, select a payment method and click Pay. Payments are processed by the EPS gateway, which supports cards and mobile banking such as bKash, Nagad and Rocket. You can also pay from your account credit.

- Account credit: money you have added to your CloudZex account (see "Understanding Invoices and Renewals").
How to pay an invoice
- Log in to your client area and open Invoices.
- Open the unpaid invoice.
- Choose your payment method.
- Click Pay and follow the on-screen steps.
Good to know
- EPS charges in Bangladeshi Taka. If your invoice is in US dollars, the amount is converted to Taka when you pay.
- After a successful payment the invoice is marked paid and the service is activated or renewed.
- If money left your account but the invoice is still unpaid, open a ticket with the invoice number and the transaction details.
