This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and standards that all CloudZex customers must follow when using our hosting, VPS, domain, and related services. By using CloudZex services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in warnings, service suspension, or termination without refund.
1. Purpose
This policy exists to protect CloudZex, our customers, and the broader internet community from abuse, security threats, and activities that could disrupt our network or damage our reputation as a service provider.
2. Prohibited Content and Activities
You may not use CloudZex services to host, transmit, store, or distribute:
Spam, unsolicited bulk email, or email harvesting tools
Phishing pages, fraudulent websites, or scam operations
Malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code
Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors
Content promoting terrorism, violence, or hate speech
Illegal gambling operations (where prohibited by applicable law)
Pirated software, cracked applications, or license key generators
Botnets, command-and-control servers, or DDoS attack tools
Content violating Bangladeshi law or the law of the recipient's jurisdiction
3. Network and Resource Abuse
The following activities are strictly prohibited on all CloudZex services:
Port scanning, network probing, or unauthorized penetration testing of systems you do not own
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any server, network, or account
Denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against any system
Excessive resource usage that negatively affects other customers or shared infrastructure
IP spoofing or falsifying header information in emails or network packets
Running open mail relays or open proxies
4. Email Usage Policy
Customers using CloudZex for email sending (including via SMTP, hosting mail, or any integrated service) must:
Only send email to recipients who have explicitly opted in or are existing customers (transactional email)
Never use purchased, rented, harvested, or third-party contact lists
Include a functional unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism where applicable
Maintain bounce and complaint rates within acceptable industry thresholds
Immediately suppress recipients who hard bounce or file spam complaints
Properly authenticate outgoing mail using SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension of email sending privileges without prior notice.
5. Domain and Content Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for all content hosted, transmitted, or published through their account.
CloudZex reserves the right to review, restrict, or remove content that violates this AUP, without prior notice, if required to protect network integrity or comply with legal obligations.
Customers must ensure that any domain used with our services is legitimately owned or authorized for their use.
6. Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any activity on our network that violates this policy, please report it to:

We investigate all abuse reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or termination.
7. Enforcement
CloudZex reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate any account that violates this AUP, with or without prior notice, depending on severity
Remove or disable access to content that violates this policy
Cooperate with law enforcement agencies when required by law
Deny refunds for services terminated due to AUP violations
8. Changes to This Policy
CloudZex may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time to address new threats, legal requirements, or operational needs. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
