Refund and Cancellation Policy

At CloudZex, we are committed to providing reliable cloud and VPS hosting services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.


1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Shared Hosting and VPS services only. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, you may request a refund.

This guarantee applies only to first-time customers and first service purchase.

2. No Refund for Dedicated Servers

Dedicated Servers are strictly non-refundable. Once the provisioning process has started, all payments are final.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees
  • Software licenses (cPanel, Plesk, LiteSpeed, WHMCS, etc.)
  • Payment gateway and transaction charges
  • SSL certificates and other add-ons
  • Custom development, design, or maintenance services
  • Discounted or promotional purchases

4. Free Services

Any free services included with a hosting package will be removed upon refund. If you wish to keep them, standard charges will apply.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

Refund requests will only be processed for verified accounts. Clients must provide valid identification if requested.

6. Abuse & Policy Violations

No refund will be issued if the account is suspended or terminated due to:

  • Spam or bulk email activities
  • Phishing, fraud, or illegal activities
  • Abuse reports or complaints
  • Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy

All abuse reports should be sent to abuse@cloudzex.com.

7. One-Time Refund Policy

Each client is eligible for a refund only once. Repeat refund requests will not be accepted.
