Advertising Measurement: Meta Pixel and Conversions API
We use Meta Pixel in your browser and Meta Conversions API on our server to measure visits, checkout activity, registrations and purchases, understand which advertisements lead to these actions, and improve our advertising.
Depending on your interaction and the information available, we send Meta the event time, page URL, browser and device information, IP address, Meta browser or click identifiers, product information, order reference, purchase amount and currency. For registered customers, matching information may include email address, name, phone number and billing location. These contact and location fields are hashed before transmission; hashing does not make the information anonymous. We do not send passwords or complete payment-card details through these tools.

You can manage browser cookies and contact [email protected] about advertising-data processing and available privacy choices. Blocking browser cookies alone does not stop server-side Conversions API events.
AI Chat Assistant
Our live chat can use an AI assistant to answer common questions quickly. This is how it uses your data:
The messages you type in the chat are sent to a third-party AI service provider to produce an answer. We use providers such as Google (Gemini) and DeepSeek. These providers may process data on servers outside Bangladesh.
If you are logged in, we may also send a short summary of your own account (for example the names and status of your services, due dates, unpaid invoice numbers and amounts, and your domain names) so that the assistant can answer questions about your account. We remove e-mail addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses and long ID numbers from this summary, and we send it only to providers we have approved for this purpose.
We never send your password or payment details, and the assistant cannot change anything in your account. Please do not type passwords or card numbers into the chat.
Chat messages are stored on our servers so that our team can follow up. If you prefer not to have your messages processed by an AI service, press "Talk to our team" or contact us at [email protected].
4. Data Protection
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. While we work to keep your information secure, no online system can guarantee absolute security.
5. Information Sharing
CloudZex does not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers only when necessary to deliver our services, process payments, register domains, measure and improve advertising as described above, or comply with legal requirements.
6. Payment Information
Payments are processed through trusted payment providers. CloudZex does not store your complete credit or debit card information on our servers.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
