Quick answer: we create a renewal invoice 30 days before your domain expires. If it is unpaid we send reminders 15, 7 and 1 day before expiry and a notice on the expiry date. Paying the invoice renews the domain. Your domain list and each domain's expiry date are on the My domains page.
Statuses
- Active: registered, paid and working.
- Pending: the order is being processed or waits for something from you (for .bd domains, your documents).
- Expired: the expiry date passed. Websites and email on the domain may stop working and the domain may be lost.
If a domain expires
After expiry the registry may keep the domain for a short period in which it can still be restored, usually at a higher price. The period and the fee depend on the domain extension and we cannot guarantee it. Renew before the expiry date.
How to renew
Pay the renewal invoice from Invoices. You can also pay it before the due date at any time. The renewal adds the paid years to the current expiry date.
