Quick answer: go to cloudzex.com/domains, search for the name, add it to the cart and pay. International names such as .com are registered after payment. .bd domains need the owner's ID documents after payment (see "Registering a .bd Domain: Required Documents"). To transfer a domain to us, unlock it at your current registrar and get the EPP (auth) code first.
Register a new domain
- Open the Domains page and type the name you want.
- If it is available, click Add to cart and complete checkout.
- After payment the domain is registered. You can see it under My domains in your client area.
Transfer a domain to CloudZex
- At your current registrar, unlock the domain and copy the EPP / auth code.
- On the Domains page choose Transfer, enter the domain and the code, and pay.
- Approve the transfer if your old registrar emails you. Transfers usually take 5 to 7 days.
A domain must be at least 60 days old and not recently transferred to be moved. Domain fees are not refundable after registration, renewal or transfer is completed.
