How to Change Your Nameservers

Nameservers are the bridge between your domain name and your web hosting server. If you registered your domain with CloudZex and bought hosting elsewhere (or vice versa), you need to update your nameservers.

Updating Nameservers in CloudZex:

1. Log in to the CloudZex Client Area.
2. Go to Domains -> My Domains.
3. Click the three dots next to your domain and select Manage Domain.
4. Click on Nameservers from the left sidebar.
5. Select Use custom nameservers and enter the nameservers provided by your hosting provider (e.g., ns1.example.com, ns2.example.com).
6. Click Change Nameservers to save.

Important: Nameserver changes can take anywhere from 2 to 24 hours to fully propagate across the global internet.
