How to Create and Manage Email Accounts

Creating professional email accounts (like [email protected]) is incredibly easy with your CloudZex hosting.

Steps to Create an Email Account:

1. Log in to your Control Panel directly at https://panel.cloudzex.com/ (or access it from your CloudZex Client Area under your active hosting service).
2. Navigate to the Email Accounts or Mailboxes section from the dashboard.
3. Click Add Email or Create Mailbox.
4. Enter your desired email prefix (e.g., info, support), generate a secure password, and click save.

How to Access Webmail:

Once created, you can access your inbox directly from any web browser without extra software. Just click the Webmail button next to your email address in the Control Panel.

You can also connect it to Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail using the IMAP/SMTP settings provided in the same section.
