Quick answer: hosting plans include automatic daily backups, kept for 14 days. To restore, open your website in the control panel and use its Backups section, or open a ticket and our team will restore it for you.
Restore a backup
- Open Websites and select your website.
- Open Backups, choose the date you want (the last 14 days are available) and restore the files, the database or both.
Good habits
- Do not rely only on our backups. Keep your own copy of important files and databases.
- Restoring replaces the current data with the older copy, so export anything new first.
- A service that is terminated for non-payment is deleted with its backups (see "Understanding Invoices and Renewals").
